Alpha status
TorahML is alpha software and has not been tested for production use. Being available on a public domain does not make it production-grade, complete, accurate, secure or safe to rely on. Features, results and data may change, break or be withdrawn without notice. You use the Site and its results entirely at your own risk. SHEMIM accepts no responsibility or liability for any use of, or reliance on, the Site, its outputs or its data, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of the Site
TorahML is a free non-commercial research tool for exploring the Hebrew Bible, dictionaries and computational analyses. Public access requires no account. Use the Site lawfully and within its intended scope.
Do not disrupt, attack or gain unauthorized access to the Site, bypass access controls or rate limits, or send abusive traffic. Automated bulk scraping of compute-heavy endpoints is not permitted. Contact us about research access that needs substantial compute or bulk data. We may limit abusive requests to keep the service available.
Research scope and limitations
TorahML is not a religious or halakhic authority. Analytical outputs are statistical and experimental; numerical matches, model scores and suggested relationships do not establish religious meaning, historical causation or linguistic identity. Reference texts can contain edition, transcription or OCR errors. Check the cited source and consult an appropriate scholar or religious authority for decisions.
Content and intellectual property
Original TorahML content — the site text, these pages, the methods page, interface wording, and the TorahML glossary and other owner-written definitions and interpretations — is © 2025 SHEMIM and licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). The engine code is MIT-licensed. Third-party texts, dictionaries, annotations and fonts remain under their own licenses, including attribution, share-alike and non-commercial conditions where stated; CC BY-NC 4.0 does not relicense them. See Sources & licenses and the source/version notice accompanying each reading. Names and marks, including the registered trademark 4444®, are not licensed.
Submissions
If you contact us, you confirm you are entitled to share your message. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. Public readers cannot edit owner records or upload material through an account.

The Site links to third-party sources we do not control and are not responsible for. A link does not change the linked material’s rights.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, security or uninterrupted availability. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you are a consumer with mandatory protections in your country of residence, those protections still apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
